Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution of issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0-2 years of customer service experience).
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: A team player with a strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in call center operations is a plus.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
