Job Responsibilities:

- Develop new and innovative cosmetics formulations including personal and home care products.

- Ensure that all formulations comply with Philippine FDA regulations and other relevant standards.

- Innovate and optimize existing formulations to improve performance, stability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Troubleshoot formulation issues and develop solutions.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for product registration and compliance.

- Stay up to date with changes in cosmetic regulation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or any related field.

- At least 1 year of experience in cosmetic formulation development.

- Strong understanding of cosmetic chemistry principles including ingredients, formulation techniques and stability testing.

- Experience with a variety of products like perfume, shampoo bar, room spray, oil diffusers, personal or home care.
