COMPANY DRIVER

Position Overview

We are looking for an honest, reliable, responsible, and professional Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for company personnel, clients, and/or assigned materials. The Driver will be responsible for maintaining the assigned vehicle, following traffic regulations, and ensuring timely and safe travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers, employees, clients, and/or materials to assigned destinations.
• Follow all traffic laws, road regulations, and company safety policies.
• Perform regular inspection and basic maintenance checks of the assigned vehicle.
• Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in good operating condition.
• Plan routes and use navigation applications to ensure timely arrival.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials or luggage when required.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Report vehicle problems, accidents, traffic violations, or other incidents immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with passengers and company information.
• Perform other driving-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid professional driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
• At least 2–3 years of professional driving experience preferred.
• Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Physically fit and capable of assisting with loading and unloading when necessary.
• Honest, reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required.
• Must demonstrate good judgment, patience, and defensive driving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with GPS and navigation applications.
• Experience as a company, family, and delivery driver is an advantage.
• Ability to handle basic vehicle emergencies.
• Professional appearance and courteous attitude.
• Willingness to comply with company policies and safety procedures.
