Technical Engineers play a crucial role in supporting the technical operations of the company. Their duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the industry and specific company, but they also include:

• Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentations including test manuals, reagent preparations, water analysis reports, technical quotations and system cleaning schedules
• Project Assistance: Assisting service engineers and/or technical teams in surveying, planning, executing, and monitoring projects and services
• Tools Maintenance: Maintaining and ensuring that water analysis test kit is always available and functioning optimally.
• Training and Support: Providing training and seminars to customers (plant personnels) on how the internal chemical water treatment works
