Descrição:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues and complaints with an efficient, courteous approach.
  • Document customer interactions with detail and accuracy.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.
  • Provide feedback on processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Engage in ongoing training and adapt to dynamic BPO & Call Center industry changes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Support additional tasks as required by the Staffing co.'s business needs.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience required; entry-level position.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong work ethic and ability to learn technical skills.
    • Proficient in the English language for effective communication.
    • Capability to work collaboratively as a team player.
    • Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
