Business Development Manager

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
• Generate leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
• Promote and sell the company's IT solutions and technology services, including Alibaba Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AI solutions, software platforms, web and mobile applications, and managed IT services.
• Understand clients' business and technology requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to position cloud, AI, software, and other IT solutions based on client needs.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreements.
• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain the sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and management teams to develop customized client solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, proposals, sales activities, and client accounts.
• Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry activities.
• Conduct local and international business travel when required.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and business development targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Sales, Technology Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience selling or promoting cloud solutions, IT services, software, AI solutions, or technology products.
• Working knowledge of Alibaba Cloud, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, client acquisition, account management, and business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to acquire new business accounts and achieve sales targets.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to conduct client visits and business travel.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with local and international clients.
• Willingness to work fully on-site in Makati City, Philippines.
