Descrição:

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Account Executive specializing in bidding to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the bidding process for new projects, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Research and understand client needs, objectives, and requirements to tailor proposals and bids accordingly.
  • Develop and execute effective bidding strategies to win new projects and contracts.
  • Prepare and submit compelling proposals, bids, and tender documents in response to client requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to gather necessary information and resources for bidding.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Track and report on bidding activity, sales performance, and key metrics to senior management.

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role, with a focus on bidding and proposal management.
  • Strong understanding of the bidding process, including proposal writing, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and influence decision-makers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
