Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor cash drawer and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Assist in bagging and packaging items.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
