Position Overview:

Surge Fitness Gym Corp. seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer (Coach) to guide clients through tailored fitness routines, whether in a gym setting or outdoor bootcamp. This role is crucial for inspiring clients to lead healthier lifestyles through safe, effective exercise programs, personalized instruction, and motivation. Personal Trainers at Surge Fitness are more than instructors; they delve into clients' fitness challenges and motivations, helping to set and achieve realistic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Exercise Demonstration:

• Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and routines, providing hands-on support and guidance throughout their workouts.
• Proactively assist members, ensuring they understand their personalized exercise programs.

Safety and Injury Prevention:

• Demonstrate correct exercise form and technique to prevent injury and promote effective fitness results.
• Assess when to recommend or limit specific exercises based on client needs and capabilities.

Customized Program Adjustments:

• Conduct fitness assessments following Surge Fitness Gym Corp.'s standards to determine clients’ fitness levels.
• Tailor and adapt exercise plans to accommodate each client’s specific requirements and progression.

Progress Monitoring:

• Implement and maintain the Surge Fitness Gym Corp. Member Retention Program to track and support each client’s fitness journey.

Emergency Response:

• Provide immediate first aid and basic life support if necessary, ensuring a safe environment for all clients.

Facility Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean, safe gym environment by inspecting equipment, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring all areas are organized.

Sales and Promotion:

• Actively promote and sell personal training packages, products, and other Surge Fitness Gym Corp. services.
• Exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional service, building client relationships, and showcasing professionalism.

• First Aid and Safety: Certified First Aider, Safety Officer certification
• Fitness Industry Credentials: Additional certificates in fitness training and safety are highly valued.
