• Test websites across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
• Monitor and improve website speed, performance, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Identify and resolve website errors, broken links, system issues, and other technical problems.
• Implement appropriate website security practices and assist in protecting company websites and data from vulnerabilities.
• Manage website content, databases, hosting configurations, domains, and other web-related resources as required.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, plugins, and other systems when necessary.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to understand requirements and translate business needs into functional web solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of website updates, system configurations, source code, and development activities.
• Perform website backups and assist with restoration and recovery when necessary.
• Recommend improvements, new technologies, and features that can enhance website functionality and business operations.
• Perform other web development and IT-related duties as assigned.
