1. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media.

2. Provide product information, order status updates, and other relevant inquiries.

3. Resolve customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction.

4. Handle customer requests such as orders, returns, and refunds.

1. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.

2. Prior customer service experience, ideally in home furnishing.

3. Efficient handling of inquiries and issue resolution. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

4. Proficiency in multitasking and working in fast-paced settings.

5. Positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional service.

6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

7. Knowledge of home furnishing products and design trends preferred.
