Penerangan
1、负责菲律宾客服团队的日常运营管理,制定服务质量标准(SLA)并监控执行,确保服务效率与户满意度达标。
主导BPO转RPO项目落地,优化灵活用工招聘流程与转化率,降低人力缺口风险。
3、定期分析RPO团队绩效数据(转化率、响应时效、用工留存率等),输出可落地的流程优化方案。
4、确保菲律宾团队用工符合当地劳动法,处理劳动纠纷及合规审计,规避法律风险。
5、根据总部制定的销售、客服及产品培训框架,主导本地化培训实施,提升团队专业能力。
6、具备一定的抗压性和应变能力,应对业务高峰或用工缺口,保障大促期间服务连续性。
Syarat-syarat
1、3年以上海外客服团队管理经验,熟悉BPO/RPO业务模式,有中菲团队协作背景优先。
2、熟悉菲律宾劳动法及灵活用工政策,具较强的团队管理能力。
3、具备危机处理意识,曾在业务高峰期成功实施应急用工方案。
4、中、英文流利。
5、能接受中国与菲律宾两地出差。
