Keterangan Kerja

Penerangan

a. Ensures that targets are met for assigned area

b. Ensures that gross profit target is met for each job order

c. Reviews Evaluations and Findings of technicians with Area Supervisor to prepare Estimates and Proposals

d. Prepares and recommends approval of Estimates, Proposals, Materials Requests and Request for funds for Billable services for sending to customer.

e. Prepares and recommends approval of Estimates, Proposals, Materials Requests and Request for funds for Warranty services for sending to Service Supervisor/Service Manager.

f. Prepares and sends Preventive Maintenance Contract Proposals to Customer with units with ending warranty and ending contract.

g. Prepares and sends Approved Service Proposals to Customers

h. Ensures the issuance of a Conforme/Purchase Order/Letter of Authority prior to rendering any service

i. Prepares and submits all documents necessary for the execution of services, including but not limited to Materials Request Form, Request for Funds, Request for Manpower and Request for Vehicle

j. Prepares and submits all documents for Invoicing and Costing for submission to Accounting and Finance Departments

k. Ensures warranty units are converted to contracted units for assigned area

l. Reviews and approves service discounts not exceeding 10%

m. Prepares and screens area coverage plan as for reporting to Service Supervisor

n. Ensures coverage of untapped accounts

o. Reports account sales performance (geographical coverage and product basket coverage) and ensures subscription/upselling of products/services for assigned area.

p. Regularly reports key account/secondary account coverage and performance

q. Conducts business reviews with customers together with Service Supervisor.

r. Handles concerns of Critical Accounts

s. Ensures regular new account opening

t. Ensures that there is no long interval in the turnaround of quotations, evaluations and post billing works in assigned area.


5.Marketing Responsibility

a. Ensures full company exposure company labels/stickers for customer units

b. Provides plans for New Account Opening

c. Recommends plans for promotional activities per area

d. Recommends plans for seasonal promotions of products and services


6.Technical Responsibility

a. Ensures PMS coverage of warranty and contract units

b. Work with Service Coordinator to monitor ongoing services and ensure Budget, Technician Productivity and Actual Materials fall within Estimates

c. Reviews and monitors lifecycle of each part and projects necessary stocking to support parts for units and repairs

d. Reports product design issues in the area and coordinates with production for technical concerns

e. Ensures all aspects of unit and body are inspected during evaluation for both unit and box repair opportunities/potentials 


7.Administrative Responsibility

a. Ensures that customer is clear on payment terms prior to rendering any service

b. Request needs for manpower and dispatching with Area Supervisor and Service Coordinator

c. Prepares and submits incident reports with complete information and attachments within a week of occurrence for claiming to factory or charging of liability

d. Requests and monitors budget of each service

e. Ensures that the Gross Profit Rate is protected, and expenses are within the estimated costings (not limited to ensuring that estimated manhours and manpower fall within estimates).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • With knowledge or work-related experience in the same field
