Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

1. Ensure efficient and accurate warehouse processes

2. Monitor inventory levels and stock movements

3. Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO procedures

4. Conduct regularly cycle counts and physical inventory audits

5. Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance

6. Maintain accurate warehouse records and transaction documents

7. Ensure timely and accurate data entry into warehouse systems

8. Verify incoming & outgoing materials against supporting documents

9. Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the warehouse at all times.

10. Address operational concerns and provide timely updates to immediate superior

Qualifications:

College graduate of any 4 year, alternatively at least 2 years of

College education

At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations & inventory management

Relevant training and inventory management training is an advantage

Experience in warehouse management system (WMS) and sap system

Proficient in Microsoft office, FIFO/FEFO inventory systems
