SITE HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily attendance, time records, and site manpower headcount
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of site employees
• Ensure proper documentation of employee records (IDs, contracts, 201 files)
• Assist in implementation of company rules, policies, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate employee concerns and grievances at the site level
• Conduct regular site rounds to monitor workers actively performing and for reporting purposes
• Prepare and submit HR reports (attendance, incidents, manpower updates)
• Handles site payroll
• Assist in implementation of safety, discipline, and site regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Preferably with experience in construction or site-based HR work
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Strong kowledge in Payroll
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a site environment and handle field conditions
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
