Description
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records for all employees.
- Coordinate payroll activities and ensure timely processing of employee payments.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding time and attendance issues.
- Assist with employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Utilize HRIS systems for data management and reporting.
- Support management in training and enhancing staff awareness on timekeeping best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll, or HR coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll processing and HRIS software.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent people management and employee relations abilities.
- Skills and Competencies: Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
