US Registered Nurse (Any Mainland License)

Job Overview

Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a Lean-Pro US Registered Nurse with an active mainland U.S. RN license to support a non-voice healthcare operations account.

This role is responsible for reviewing healthcare-related information, applying clinical judgment, following Utilization Management or CPO workflows, and maintaining quality, productivity, and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate is an active USRN with recent collective experience in Utilization Management, clinical process outsourcing, or bedside care within the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Support non-voice healthcare operations using clinical knowledge and account-specific guidelines
• Review healthcare-related cases, records, or process outputs accurately
• Apply clinical judgment when reviewing information and completing assigned tasks
• Follow Utilization Management, CPO, documentation, and workflow requirements
• Maintain quality, productivity, compliance, and turnaround-time expectations
• Escalate complex cases, documentation issues, or process concerns when needed
• Participate in training, calibration, and performance improvement activities 

Qualifications

• Active USRN license from any mainland U.S. state
• At least 1 year of collective Utilization Management, CPO, or bedside experience within the past 3 years
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work with healthcare-related documentation
• Comfortable working in a non-voice healthcare account
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow process guidelines accurately
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Able to meet quality and productivity standards in a healthcare operations environment 

Nice to Have

• Prior Utilization Review or Utilization Management experience
• Experience with U.S. healthcare payer or clinical process outsourcing accounts
• Familiarity with medical necessity review or clinical documentation workflows
