Job Title: HR Recruitment Staff

Job Description:

The HR Recruitment Staff is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill company job vacancies. They manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure timely deployment of employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on different job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants
• Conduct initial interviews (phone or face-to-face)
• Schedule interviews with department heads
• Coordinate with applicants regarding requirements and onboarding
• Prepare endorsement letters and deployment documents
• Maintain and update recruitment database
• Assist in job fairs and recruitment activities

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course
• With 1–2 years experience in recruitment (preferred)
• Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment process
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
