Company Messenger – Job Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other items to and from clients, government offices, banks, and other business partners in a timely manner.
• Process and file documents with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and other institutions as required.
• Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and properly acknowledged by recipients.
• Maintain a logbook of all outgoing and incoming documents for tracking purposes.
• Assist in processing permits, licenses, and other legal or administrative requirements.
• Handle cash advances responsibly and submit liquidation reports with complete receipts.
• Perform basic office support tasks when not assigned to fieldwork.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of company-issued items (e.g., motorcycle, documents, IDs).
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and traffic rules while performing duties.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
