Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up documents, packages, and other company items safely and on time.
- Process bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, and other bank-related errands.
- Pay utility bills and other company payments as instructed.
- Submit and collect documents from government offices, suppliers, clients, and other establishments.
- Assist in purchasing office or operational supplies when needed.
- Ensure that all documents and payments are handled properly and confidentially.
- Maintain records and receipts of transactions and submit them to the assigned personnel.
- Coordinate with the office regarding schedules, instructions, and urgent errands.
- Perform other messengerial and field-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
