Messenger / Liaison Staff

 Job Description - Liaison / Messenger Staff

• Process, file, and follow-up documents with the banks, government agencies (e.g. BIR, SEC, LGUs, SSS, Philhealth and other institutions)
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties regarding permits, licenses, and compliance requirements
• Ensure timely submission and retrieval of official documents
• Maintain records of transactions and submitted documents
• Pickup and deliver documents, packages, and other materials in a timely and professional manner
• Perform other tasks related to external coordination as may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiar with transactions with government agencies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Trustworthy and physically fit to handle field work
• Preferably knows how to drive a motorcycle and with own motorcycle (with valid driver's license)
• Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of traffic patterns
