Penerangan :
- Social Media Management - develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Create and curate engaging content including posts, stories, images, and videos relevant to our farm processes, products, events, and initiatives. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, and comments.
- Marketing projects Support - assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and projects aimed at promoting our farm and products.
- Content Creation and Copywriting - write a compelling and creative copy of social media posts, blog articles, and other marketing communications.
- Relationship Building - cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders through social media engagement and networking efforts.
Syarat-syarat :
- At 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- A graduate of Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or any related field.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
- Generate reports and analyzes data to inform marketing startegies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye to detail.
- Creative, and innovative mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Applications, Graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative suit)
