JOB DUTIES:
- Conduct and run lube oil analysis tests according to appropriate standards (ASTM and ISO). Perform routine oil analysis tests
- Maintain routine documentation including sample sheet entries, sample results documentation, instrument calibration log sheet, and maintenance log sheet
- Record data precisely and accurately
- Development, modification, verification, and validation of methods
- Perform daily or monthly instrument calibration and standardization
- Timely monitoring and reporting of equipment due for maintenance
- Timely monitoring and coordination to warehouse regarding stocks (monthly min/max stock)
- Monthly monitoring of oil disposal; properly tagged prior to disposal
- Submission of sample test results within the prescribed turnaround time
- Maintain complete documentation of test results and other related administrative tasks
