HR Officer/HR Generalist

Description

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related

field.

At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Administration, or

related functions.

Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR practices, and employment regulations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Experience with JobStreet, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms is a plus.
