Recruitment Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the recruitment team.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure hiring targets and timelines are met.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers on manpower requirements.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
• Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in volume hiring or a manpower agency is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
