HR Supervisor

Chef’s Secret Inc., a food manufacturing company based in Pasig City

This role is responsible for maintaining smooth day-to-day HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive work environment within the manufacturing and sales context

• Payroll & Benefits: Supervise payroll processing, handle timekeeping, and manage employee benefits like healthcare and leave programs.
• Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, handle conflict resolution, and conduct investigations into misconduct or grievances.
• Compliance: Ensure all policies and procedures align with Philippine labor laws and maintain accurate personnel records/HRIS data.
• Performance Management: Work with managers to implement performance appraisals, feedback cycles, and disciplinary actions.

Education: Graduate of Human Resource Development, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: Usually requires several years of experience (up to 5 years for senior or managerial levels) in a generalist capacity.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software, payroll systems, and office productivity tools (e.g., Excel for data reporting).
