RBGM Medical Sales Express Inc. is looking for a proactive and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, providing an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing pre-employment requirements and employee documents.
• Maintain and organize employee records while ensuring document confidentiality.
• Assist in timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and HR administrative tasks.
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities, orientations, and company events.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and other documentation as needed.
• Provide support in performance management, training, and other HR initiatives.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Internship/OJT must be a school requirement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
