- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and provide accurate information or direct inquiries appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the front desk.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations efficiently
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment
