Online ESL Teacher (Work From Home)

Position Details

Working Schedule

• Peak teaching hours: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Beijing Time) on weekdays.
• Weekend schedules are flexible and may be arranged based on your availability and student bookings.
• Teachers are required to commit to at least 25 hours per week across a minimum of 5 working days.

Salary

• Earn PHP 90–130 per hour, depending on your teaching performance.
• Your starting rate will be determined after successfully completing the training and a 25-minute demo class.
• Teachers who demonstrate excellent teaching skills, classroom management, and trial class performance may qualify for a higher hourly rate.

Basic Qualifications

• Good command of the English language.
• Reliable computer or laptop with a stable internet connection.

Conduct a 25-minute demo lesson using the materials we provide. This will determine your starting hourly rate.
