Telecommunications Customer Experience Specialist

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Premium Telecommunications Account. This is an onsite, voice-based role where you will assist customers with their telecommunications needs while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Job Description

As a Telecommunications Customer Experience Specialist, you will:

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance

• Address customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services

• Assist with account concerns, billing inquiries, service requests, and other customer needs

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on customer concerns

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction

• Document customer interactions and follow established procedures and quality standards

• Identify opportunities to provide additional assistance or suitable services when applicable

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or Old High School Graduate

• Must be a graduate — High School undergraduates are not accepted

• No specific college degree required

• Good verbal communication and customer service skills

• Willing to work onsite / brick-and-mortar

• Willing to work on shifting schedules
