Assistant Manager – Operations (P&C Insurance)

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Operations (P&C Insurance) to oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the insurance industry, particularly in Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance, along with proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure the achievement of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead, mentor, and support team members to maximize productivity and performance.
• Monitor operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns and deliver excellent customer service.
• Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and develop action plans to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in an Assistant Manager role or a similar leadership position.
• Previous experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry is required.
• Must have completed at least two years of college education.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience leading teams in a high-volume operational environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang or Bridgetowne.
• Amenable to working on a night shift schedule.
