- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace. Knowledge of office software and equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and with attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills: Professional, approachable demeanor with the ability to work well in a team and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address office issues proactively.
