Penerangan

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote insurance products.
Analyze market trends and consumer data to inform strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches.
Enhance brand awareness through targeted marketing initiatives.
Ensure sales quota/budget are met
Maintain good relationships with the assigned brokers & direct accounts.
Tracks sales pipeline and ensures that agreed TAT on quotation and policy issuance are met.
Responsible for premium collection based on assigned brokers and direct clients.
Assists brokers and clients with their claims, if and when necessary.
Provides sales reports and performance of the assigned brokers.
Ensures that policies and quotes sent are correct.
Visits assigned brokers regularly.

Syarat-syarat

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
Proficient in report generation, strong administrative and clerical skills, and a solid understanding of marketing principles.
With working experience in a non-life insurance company
