What Your Day Looks Like

  • Design, develop, and deploy POS applications using Java, Spring, and Angular frameworks, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, setting goals, managing priorities, and fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders across teams in the Philippines and Australia to define requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of cloud-native architecture on the Google Cloud Platform, implement robust CI/CD practices, and integrate monitoring and automated deployment tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Establish and optimize Agile workflows, code review standards, and testing processes to improve team efficiency and code quality.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, and security to ensure long-term maintainability of solutions.
  • Research and introduce emerging technologies and methodologies to continuously enhance the technology stack.
  • Build and sustain a collaborative and innovative engineering culture, promoting knowledge sharing and teamwork across geographies.
