- Plan and plot production schedule and forecast.
- Monitor daily and hourly output of each operator and ensure that targets are met
- Secure job order and materials, machine and operators before running in the production.
- Check production flow everyday and meet target delivery date.
- Supervise and monitor operator's attendance, production target and performance.
- Generate and provide Work Instruction in the line.
- Coordinate with production and other support group on technical matters pertaining to resolution of non-conformance and improvement of quality and productivity.
- Initiate activities for improvement; improve production process flow and procedures.
- Conduct annual inventory and monthly maintenance.
- Reports directly to production supervisor on all matters regarding production system and efficiency.
- Responsible in the orientation of new personnel and training of operators in all processes in the line.
