A Sales Coach is responsible for developing and enhancing the skills of sales teams to improve their performance and help them achieve sales targets. They provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to individual sales representatives, focusing on enhancing their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship skills. The Sales Coach observes sales interactions, provides feedback, conducts training sessions, and identifies areas for improvement. They work closely with the sales manager to align coaching strategies with business goals, track progress, and implement new sales strategies. Additionally, the Sales Coach may help in onboarding new sales team members and fostering a positive, high-performance sales culture.

• Demonstrates excellent Functional Fitness coaching, leadership and managerial skills
• Coaching any level of athlete (beginner to advanced athletes)
• Running of functional fitness or special classes ranging from 1-5 people
• Demonstrates proper form and technique
• Ensuring sessions are effective, safe and fun
• Offers additional support to help athletes achieve their fitness goals
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with current athletes and converts potential athletes
• Engaging in social media platforms and helping participate in social media presence
• Promotes all internal programs, events, and special offers
• Promotes community and family atmosphere
• Helps maintain a spotless facility
• Facilitates quarterly coaches meeting and social events

• Provide training on how to effectively use the ClassIn platform for classroom management, interactive teaching, and student engagement and introduce the ABCmouse platform, focusing on how teachers can access, navigate and integrate its content into lessons for younger learners (ages 3-8)
• Provide and train teachers in managing different class formats including how to maintain focus, encourage participation and manage time effectively
• Organize and oversee mock teaching sessions where new teachers can practice conducting lessons in each class format (1v30, 1v4/1v1, 1v2) to ensure they are ready to handle live classes confidently.
• Design and deliver continuous professional development sessions focusing on advanced features of the ClassIn or ABCmouse platforms, as well as evolving strategies for online teaching.

• Lead merchant acquisition efforts, focusing on pharmacies such as drugstore chains, retail pharmacies, and specialty pharmacies across the country.
• Negotiate and secure agreements with key merchant partners to integrate them into the app's ecosystem.
• Build and maintain longterm relationships with pharmacy merchants to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) for the smooth onboarding of new merchants and partners.
• Analyze and stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Regularly report on the acquisition process, including market feedback and performance metrics.
