6.  Handle cases related to employee claims such as illegal dismissal, underpayment, or labor violations.

THIS IS AN ON-SITE, FULLTIME JOB. Work location is in West Avenue, Quezon City.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all social media channels, creating and executing social media campaigns, analyzing and reporting on social media performance, developing content strategies, and optimizing social media content for search engines.

• Accountable for delivering customer support in alignment with the defined scope of work and service level expectations. This involves maintaining call quality and meeting performance metrics while addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly.

1. Designing and improving recipes.
2. Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils. Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc.
3. Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
4. Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.
5. Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
6. Check products for quality and identify damaged or expired goods.
7. Evaluate quality of food ingredients or prepared foods.
8. Set oven temperatures and place items into hot ovens for baking.
9. Adjust temperature controls of ovens or other heating equipment.
10. Combine measured ingredients in bowls of mixing, blending, or cooking machinery.
11. Load materials into production equipment.
12. Set time and speed controls for mixing machines, blending machines, or steam kettles so that ingredients will be mixed or cooked according to instructions.
13. Operate cooking, baking, or other food preparation equipment.
14. Place dough in pans, molds, or on sheets and bake in production ovens or on grills.

• Carry out routine maintenance of vehicles.
• Drive staff and visitors to, from and within the assigned locations as and when required.
• Maintain log books and report regularly to Fleet Supervisor on the performance of assigned vehicles.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs where applicable and advice Supervisor and staff on the repairs of vehicles.
• Assist in the recovery of broken down vehicles.
• Give technical assistance and coordinate the procurement of genuine vehicle parts for maintenance and repairs.
• Give technical guidance to other vehicle users to polish driving skills and unsure the safe use of the vehicles.
• Ensure that vehicles are clean and have all the requisite safety gargets such as fire extinguishers, dusters, basic tools and equipment and also valid road worthy certificates and insurance.
• To be able to undertake general servicing of vehicles and diagnose faults, preferably on diesel engines

• Evaluating patients' medical histories, symptoms, and perform diagnostic tests to diagnose illnesses

11. Execute retail cutting work if requested by customers.

12. Perform errands or liaison work to secure or submit documents to supermarket management.

13. Assist in the physical inventory of stocks.

14. Monitor the activities of competitors (?) and feed relevant information to superiors.
