A Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting a product or service to increase its visibility, generate sales, and attract new customers. Sales Promoters typically work in retail settings, trade shows, malls, or public events, where they engage directly with potential buyers. Their role combines sales and marketing activities, focusing on increasing product awareness, educating customers, and facilitating purchases.

• Receive customers warmly and complete sales targets.

• Ensure timely visits to all assigned stores within the specified work schedule. Identify and engage with potential customers to provide them with detailed product information. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of all Cherry Mobile products, including pricing, to effectively persuade and provide exceptional customer service. Successfully achieve monthly sales targets in the respective branch. Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with store personnel and dealers. Stay updated with the latest industry knowledge by actively participating in company-conducted training and seminars. Be ready to fulfill any other assigned duties as needed.

Role:

• Representing and promoting the Company services
• Liaise with assigned Partners on a day-to-day basis to ensure program activities are continually met

1. The Sales Promoter will serve as the company's front line in promoting the brand in the retail store.
2. Create sales strategies and use sales techniques to ensure that the monthly sales quota of the store has been met, and aligned with the goals of the company.
3. Check daily inventory, ensuring that the stocks are in good condition at all times, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of items both on display and on buffer stocks.
4. FIFO (First-in, First-out)
5. Conduct and submit month-end actual inventory
6. Check variances versus actual inventory.
7. Submission of monthly sell-out summary, warranty cards with complete details of the customer, and ending inventory with correct serial numbers.
8. Report stocks with damaged boxes, scratches, and dents.
9. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring thorough product knowledge and providing technical assistance to the customer as needed.
10. Explain to the customers in detail the warranties and replacement parts.
11. Ensure that all customer queries are well handled.
12. Maintain rapport with the store managers and other store personnel.
13. Review product portfolio as needed to ensure that all questions about the product will be well handled.
14. Attend all the office day product training and selling skills training conducted by the company.
15. Monitor daily competitors and activities and know how to sell the products.
16. Report units for customer repair.
17. Coordinate with the clients on approved repairs when the warranty has expired.
18. Monitor regularly the repairs submitted to and done by the after-sales service.
19. With good communication and demo skills.
20. Knowledge about the products.
21. Ability to work overtime during regular days and holidays when required.
