The Software Tester at RKCS is responsible for performing various types of testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to ensure that the company’s software products meet the highest standards of quality. This role will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues early in the development process and to ensure that all software released is of the highest quality.

We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Tester/ Analyst to add to our development team. The individual in this position will be highly motivated with experience developing and executing test scripts, documenting test results, and working with developers to interpret functional requirements, and address defects found during testing. Analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills are required.

• Ensure QA Testing which monitor all issues regarding bugs and other concerns

This role involves developing and executing manual test plans to ensure the reliability, functionality, and user experience of our software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Review and analyze product specifications to create thorough and effective test plans.
• Conduct manual tests, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Update and improve test cases as products and requirements evolve.
• Suggest process enhancements to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and thorough documentation of both new and existing features.
• Contribute to product quality, user experience, and risk assessment.

• Creation of automation scripts based on project needs which can be for ui, api or mobile

• Maintain and manage the automation scripts codes; making sure that scripts are up to date

• Monitor execution of automation scripts; making sure that defects will be reported and errors in the script are fixed

• Collaborate with the technical lead, development team and infra team.

• Execute automation test cases and capture and report defects

• Design the Test Cases based on the Test Scenarios/Functional Requirements (as needed)
