Responsibilities

  • Develop Product Vision and Strategy: Lead the overall product strategy, aligning it with business goals. Set a clear vision for product growth and innovation.
  • Product Roadmap Ownership: Define and manage the long-term roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market opportunities. Communicate the roadmap effectively to stakeholders, and ensure it reflects the needs of users and the business.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a cross-functional product team, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within your team.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data, market trends, and user feedback to inform strategic decisions. Prioritize product features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with company goals.
  • Continuous Discovery: Oversee user research to ensure the product meets the evolving needs of users and the market. Identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
