Dining Maintenance

  • Take out soiled dinner plates, silverware and glasses from the dining table after the guests have finished eating
  • Forward all soiled tableware and linen to the dishwashing area and linen section
  • Prepare and arrange mise-en-place on table in accordance with the established standards once the tables have been cleared and cleaned
  • Maintains the cleanliness of all chinaware, silverware, glasses and linen


Guest Relations

  • Manages guest expectations and guest complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Recommends menu items that guests will appreciate
  • Refers to F&B Team Leader for any guest complaints or any issues related to operations of the dining outlet
