- Ensure that administrative functions are done. (e.g. Travel Order, Request for Payment and Update of Schedule).
- Ensure that Operation supports are done. (e.g. Follow-up clients, requests for operations materials and consumables).

- Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop design plans and solutions that meet technical requirements.
- Review and revise designs to ensure accuracy, compliance with design standards, and project deadlines.
- Prepare design layouts, schematics, and drawings for projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and clients into updated drawings or designs.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Ensure all designs are compliant with industry regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Civil / Architectural Draftsman
- Prepare detailed drawings and blueprints for construction projects in compliance with specifications and standards
