·     Designs, inspects, tests, and updates electronic systems, components, equipment, and software for industrial applications.

·     Reviews and verifies existing electrical design drawings and other technical documentation.

·     Creates Bill of Materials (BOMs) to ensure effectiveness and manufacturability of designs.

·     Records, tracks, and evaluates testing data and alters designs as required to bring them to safety, performance, and efficiency standards.

·     Observes existing processes and makes recommendations for improvement.

·     Develops technical documentation including design methods documents, product proposals, parts lists, operation manuals and maintenance manuals related to the equipment created.

·     Collaborates with supply chain and other related departments in sourcing out new and/or alternative parts of existing and upcoming designs/projects.

·     Collaborates with global team members in the Netherlands HQ.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Integrator for CEO: Act as a key support for the CEO, taking ownership of various tasks and projects to help streamline operations and free up leadership focus. 
• Product Launches: Lead the project management of new product launches, coordinating with internal teams, marketing, and external vendors to ensure timely and successful product rollouts. 
• Marketing Campaigns: Oversee and execute marketing campaigns, working closely with marketing teams and external partners to ensure all promotional activities are aligned with company’s brand strategy. 
• Vendor & Event Management: Manage logistics for events like trade shows, liaising with vendors for printing, signage, and coordinating PR and marketing efforts. 
• Use of Microsoft Suite: Utilize Microsoft Suite, including Planner, to track, organize, and manage project tasks and timelines across departments.

As Engineering Officer, you are responsible to ensure proper and cost-effective repair and maintenance of all company facilities Including store spaces/structures

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures that Stores' equipment and facilities such as electricity, air conditioning units and other facilities are in good condition to sustain the smooth operation of the office building.
• Manage the Stores' and Head office maintenance and repairs, modification and expansion works including supervision of subcontractors, and coordination with design consultants for civil, electrical, and mechanical.
• Ensure that all as-built drawings and electronic files are updated reflecting the modification made in the Head Office, stores and facilities.
• Plan and supervise execution of repairs and maintenance activities in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner and ensure that work progress is in accordance with the maintenance program.
• Prepare the daily schedule/work assignment of the Engineering and Maintenance Staff and ensure that implementation is in accordance with the method statement, work procedures, preventive maintenance checklist and work instructions.
• Tagging of facilities equipment and tools and keeping in a secure place and keeping a log book to record issuance to maintenance crew.
• Monitor the electricity and water consumption and make necessary measures on how to have cost savings
• Ensures compliance to and manages all health, safety, and security requirements of the Company and all government regulatory bodies
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

• Familiar with electrical design for substation, transmission line, solar & wind power plant or other electric power facilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical, SEE Electrical, Microsoft Office and other necessary software for design practice.
• Skilled in PGCP, PDCP, IEC, IEE, ISO, ANSI, etc. design codes or the design criterions for NGCP projects.
• Capable to review, comment and revise design drawings, and reply to electrical technical questions.

The Senior Digital Designer will be responsible for designing and verifying complex digital circuits and systems. This role involves full ownership of the digital design process, including architectural design, RTL coding, synthesis, and timing closure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital design methodologies, a deep understanding of verification processes, and a strong ability to work in a collaborative team environment. As a senior member of the team, the candidate will also mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• RTL Design: Lead the architectural design, RTL coding (in Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL), and synthesis of digital blocks for various SoC or FPGA-based projects.
• Design Verification: Collaborate with the verification team to define and implement verification plans, including developing testbenches and performing simulation-based verification.
• Synthesis and Timing Closure: Execute design synthesis and timing analysis, ensuring designs meet performance, power, and area goals.
