WHAT IS THE JOB? 

- Design, install and Maintain Smart Technologies for Electrical, Room Automation, and Home Automation 

- Install and Maintain Intelligent Power Management System

- Support clients and partners in their projects 

- Maintain schedule and work closely with the project management team to adhere to schedules 

- To ensure implementations are planned and executed accordingly to the change management policy 

- Perform comprehensive technical documents for electrical projects 

- Maintain the maintenance of and updates of all electrical and IOT equipment 

WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENT OF THE JOB? 

• Degree holder in Electrical Engineer 
• Must have a Registered Electrical Engineer license 
• Must know CAD and able to design electrical diagrams
• Must be able to understand load schedules and single line diagram and translate them into a solution

Project Coordinator (for Taiwan Master Program)

• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects to ensure timely completion and support recruitment initiatives for Filipino students pursuing Master’s degrees in Taiwan.
• Provide administrative assistance for transaction processes, including documentation review, data entry, and record management.
• Develop and implement strategies to recruit Filipino students to Master's degree programs in Taiwan through both online and offline channels.
• Develop and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials to attract potential Filipino students.
• Assist students with application documentation, follow-up on inquiries, and provide information about living and studying in Taiwan.

• To locate and contact local signage contractors to complete details photographs and measurements of sites for the purpose of graphical overlays by our graphic team

PRODUCTION QUOTE

• To acquire quotes on the production of all signage based on the production files supplied by the graphics team

INSTALLATION QUOTE

• To acquire a quote on the installation of all signage based on the installation files supplied by our graphics team

COORDINATION OF PROJECT

• Coordinate production contractor with the installation contractor along with liaison with the site to ensure all client deadlines and budgets are met

COMPLETION

• Checking of finished photos and sign off documentation to ensure matches artwork and quality requirements

INVOICE APPROVAL

• Checking of invoices to ensure they all match the approved quotes and sign off and approve through to the accounts department
