Responsibilities

• Ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
• Conduct individual and group Pilates classes, including mat and equipment-based sessions.
• Assess clients’ posture to create a personalized exercise programs tailored to the needs, fitness capacity and goals of each client.
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure clients in performing exercises correctly and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout space, including Pilates equipment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing motivation and support.

• Develop and implement training programs for staff on microfinance services.
• Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness to improve performance.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance skills in microfinance operations.
• Collaborate with management to align training with company goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning within Rangtay sa Pagrang-ay Microfinance Inc.

Identify schools that need assistance especially those with insufficient instructional materials/equipment and insufficient budget or funds.

Train teachers to improve teaching and enhance students’ learning and to assure that the teachers that are trained actually apply what they have learned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons to students.
• Support lead teachers in classroom management and activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students who need extra help.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in educational workshops and training sessions.
• Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
• Assist in organizing educational events and activities.

• Oversee the daily operations of Our Lady of Fatima University - Antipolo's library.
• Provide academic support and guidance to students and staff in research and resource utilization.
• Implement library policies and procedures to enhance the learning environment and uphold educational standards.

• Plan and execute educational in-class activities.
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
• Prepare and distribute required reports and present students' progress to management and parents.
• Stay up-to-date with latest teaching trends and best practices.
• Adhere to the curriculum-based instruction set by STI College Cubao in line with the Training & Education Industry.

• Application Processing: Reviewing and evaluating applications submitted by students, making sure that all required documents are submitted.
• Communication: Providing information to students and their IEC's regarding the admissions process, requirements, and deadlines. Answering inquiries through phone, email and in-person meetings.
• Admissions Criteria: Assessing applicant qualifications against the school's admission criteria, such as academic performance, training, and other relevant factors.
• Decision Making: Making informed decisions about accepting or rejecting applicants based on their suitability for the school's educational environment.
• Database Management: Maintaining accurate records and utilizing digital systems to track applicant progress, communicate decisions, and generate reports.

• Conduct engaging ESL classes for diverse student groups at Daesung Academy of the Cordilleras, prioritizing effective communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Regularly evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure academic growth and language mastery.
• Maintain a dynamic learning environment and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.
