Description

Position Overview:

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that enhance the visibility and ranking of our website and Google Business Profile listings. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of local SEO, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and experience optimizing Google Business Profiles for maximum exposure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Business Profile Management:
  • Optimize and manage multiple Google Business Profile listings to ensure maximum visibility in local search results.
  • Conduct regular audits of GBP listings to identify and implement improvements.
  • Manage and respond to reviews, ensuring a positive brand reputation.
  • Leverage GBP posts, Q&A, and other features to enhance engagement and visibility.
  • SEO Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for content creation and optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software.
  • On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:
  • Perform on-page SEO tasks such as meta tag optimization, content optimization, and internal linking.
  • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies including link building, outreach, and social signals.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content.
  • Technical SEO:
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues.
  • Optimize website speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability to improve user experience and search engine rankings.
  • Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
  • Benchmark competitors' SEO strategies and implement improvements to outperform them.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, including rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
