• Develop and execute market strategies for Cisco network products and services.
• Conduct market studies to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful solutions implementations and ongoing growth.
• Clearly define customer's requirements and work closely with technical teams to come with efficient and viable solutions.
• Develop pricing strategies and work with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Create programs to support sales through marketing efforts.

任职要求

1、3年以上数字资产交易或金融/金融科技产品经理工作经验，5年以上互联网产品经理工作经验。

2、有完善的用户体验相关产品经验，负责过互联网用户体验产品建设相关工作，有出海产品经验优先考虑。

3、熟悉数字资产各类场内交易产品的业务模型和核心机制。

4、熟悉基金、理财等各类理财产品的业务模型和核心机制。

5、有独立负责产品设计、迭代的项目经验，能够独立编写完整的产品需求文档。6、具备高级产品经理应该具备的职业能力。

工作内容

1、负责公司场内交易、金融理财产品的业务模型及核心算法的设计、验证。

2、负责公司场内交易、金融理财产品的体验提升，输出产品流程、原型、需求等必要物料，推进项目的实现、迭代和体验优化。

3、以公司交易产品为核心，负责交易服务类产品的设计，输出产品流程、原型、需求等必要物料，推进项目的实现、迭代和体验优化。

4、负责公司交易产品的竞品调研，制定公司产品优化方案。

5、协助产品测试，完成产品功能测试。

Work content

• Responsible for the design and verification of the company’s business models and core algorithms for on-site trading and financial management products.
• Responsible for improving the experience of the company's on-site trading and financial management products, outputting necessary materials such as product processes, prototypes, and requirements, and promoting project implementation, iteration, and experience optimization.
• With the company's trading products as the core, be responsible for the design of trading service products, output product processes, prototypes, requirements and other necessary materials, and promote the implementation, iteration and experience optimization of the project.
• Responsible for competitive product research on the company’s trading products and formulating company product optimization plans.
• Assist in product testing and complete product functional testing.
• Priority will be given to those from Bybit, Kucoin, OKX, Gate, Bitget and other exchanges.

The Product and Merchandising Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the life cycle of products from development to commercialization, ensuring that products are profitable, cost-effective, and are in the right place, at the right time, at the right price, and in the right quantity to meet consumer needs, develop and implement merchandising strategies, and curate layouts that capture market share and drive business growth. He or she will also ensure intellectual property is protected, diligent research and sourcing of new materials, collaborating with vendors and partners to improve product diversity.

Brand Management

• Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, competitor activity, and brand positioning
• Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates.
• Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
• Help shape and communicate company vision and mission in collaboration and coordination across all departments
• Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”

Revenue and Bottomline Growth

• Conducting market research and analyzing trends and competitive offering to determine product demand and sales potential
• Managing and pricing inventory levels to maximize sales while minimizing inventory liabilities
• Developing and managing visual displays and product layouts to encourage customer purchases
• Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize profits
• Acquire new clients and new business through effective merchandising strategies
• Gathering feedback from retail and analyzing consumer behavior to define our company’s positioning
• Drive innovation and simplicity - identify opportunities and drive process improvements, standardization, and enablers to gain efficiencies for in-store merchandising execution
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and estimates

Merchandising Management

• Developing and implementing merchandising strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
• Overseeing the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies.
• Creating eye-catching store layouts that showcase the brand and aesthetic of the company.
• Tracking inventory movement and systematically introducing strategies to promote sales and product movement
• Collaborating with the marketing department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas
• Interpreting sales reports and guiding how to improve figures and customer engagement.

Other tasks and responsibilities

• Performs tasks that may be assigned by management
• Participate in weekly/monthly retail management meeting
• Provide feedback on overall client/customer journey and end to end process
• Conduct of showroom checklist
