We are looking for a strong Freelance Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be managing the financial reports and compliance disclosures of the biggest U.S. brands and companies (e.g. proxy statements, annual reports, ESG reports) from inception to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, proven project management experience, and above average ability to understand both technical information and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Collaborate with a Lead Account Manager (LAM) on a portfolio of projects, which can be ~20 project simultaneously during the peak season
• Oversee and direct projects from onboarding to delivery
• Be the primary channel of communication between production and LAM and/or client
• Set and manage expectations of clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with the project team (traffic manager and technical specialists) to deliver client requests accurately and timely

︎Provide leadership to the project team

• Work with fellow project managers to provide 24/5 coverage

Crisis Management

• Lead solution-based escalation efforts and active communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Conduct incident investigation and make analytical recommendations to avoid similar incidents in the future

Quality Control

• Manage consistent quality of deliverables through the LPHI QC process

1. Stay informed about industry trends, uncover innovations and user needs;

2. Responsible for overseas product APP & WEB, develop product planning and implementation based on market demands, competitive landscape, and user demographics. This includes the entire process from business analysis, product strategy formulation, product solution design, operational backend capability development to post-launch performance evaluation;

3. Possess a certain sensitivity to data, able to utilize data for product iteration and optimization, reasonably allocate and formulate product objectives and plans based on business data and operational conditions.

4. Deeply understand the core value of the product, enhance product innovation, and ensure that product functions meet user needs;

5. Work closely with the project team, continuously improve business performance through business data analysis and tracking of business metrics;

6. Coordinate resources across relevant departments to promote the implementation of product requirements and be accountable for the results.

1. Organize and control account and product specialists to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales target and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
2. Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve annual sales target. Monitor the product’s pipeline for maximum closure of deals
3. Identify channels/resellers for portfolio of accounts, and nurture then to achieve annual sales target.
4. Identify new sales opportunities within existing portfolio of accounts and identify new potential resellers to achieve and/or increase sales.
5. Quarterly plan and secure approval of annual marketing plan and acceptable annual sales target, monitor the performance of account and product specialist and take remedial action where necessary to ensure sales targets are met.
6. Monitor and control marketing funds provided by the principal to ensure that all activities are properly funded to achieve set objectives.
7. Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive advantage.
8. Maintain a good working relationship with Principal, and fulfill all requirements and reports to meet the conditions of our distributor contract.
9. Develop and implement short and medium term sales objectives and take necessary action to ensure that these are achieved.
10. Maintain regular contact with other departments to achieve approved marketing plan and sales target set for the year.
11. Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

• Manage and oversee PD Unit activities such as market research, marketing analysis, technical sales inquiries, warranty claims, seminars, and communication endorsement.
• Monitor compliances and other activities of PD Unit and supervise PD assistants and seniors in the implementation of Parts Evaluation and warranty issues.
• Ensure strict compliance to deadlines and commitments including reports related to PD activities and establishing proper adherence standards in the guidelines and policies.
• Coordinate and seeking consultation to the Department Head in dealing with PD issues especially that require complex solutions.
• Oversee compliances in the system and ensure that accuracy of all data is integrated in the system.
• Validates product information through catalouge and reliable website.
• Supervise and ensure the data and price product analysis.
• Ensuring accuracy, market demand, required critical measurements, technical designs, material specifications, and other info.
• Collaborates with the training requirement and makes periodic training for product knowledge in the concerned departments and external customers if needed.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Define and drive the financial product strategy for AXA Philippines - Legazpi Branch in the Insurance & Superannuation sector.
• Design innovative insurance products tailored to the needs of our diverse clientele.
• Manage the product lifecycle from conception through release, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to maintain competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
• Deliver product training to the salesforce and support marketing initiatives.

The main responsibilities of a SENIOR RESEARCH ANALYST include:

• Write and edit research reports by reviewing publicly available information as disclosed by public companies, verifying data and issuing recommendations based on Glass Lewis policies.
• Analyze and make voting recommendations for governance and/or compensation related proposals in Europe, Latin America and Canada.
• Demonstrate firm competency in Glass Lewis governance policy; deviate from Glass Lewis policy and provide cogent explanations when necessary
• Coordinate with research teams and human resources to hire and train research associates.
• Help to manage seasonal research associates, providing supervision and assistance in the writing and editing of research reports.
• Helps to improve training program for research associates
• Contributes to policy and guidelines update processes, and contributes to annual content projects on an as-needed basis
• Helps identify and implement possible changes to research tools on an ongoing basis.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Mentor research associates,providing feedback and assistance in writing and editing of research reports. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

1. Team Development: Seek product managers with exchange experience to assist team members in their development, enhancing overall work efficiency and outcomes.

2. Requirements Analysis: Gather user needs, competitive product dynamics, and market trends; conduct product development analysis; assist the technical lead in formulating the product development roadmap.

3. Product Planning: Based on the product development roadmap, define and clarify product R&D requirements, write product documentation, and execute it. Responsible for product process design, interface and prototype design, and follow-up on the product development cycle.

4. Coordination Management: Coordinate with R&D and testing teams, track product development, testing, version management, review releases, and product launches, and manage R&D requirements according to standards.

5. Continuous Optimization: Continuously collect and analyze user feedback on existing products, optimize functions and processes, ensuring ongoing product improvement and enhanced user experience.

6. Document Maintenance: Maintain and update product-related documents in real-time, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of documentation.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for the visual design and interactive design of growth products and operational activities for the platform's growth business on both the App and WEB platforms, including functionality iteration and redesign. Adhere to and refine design specifications to maintain consistency in product visual style.
