Field Recovery Agents / Repossession Agents is responsible for locating and recovering assets, such as vehicles or equipment, from clients who have defaulted on their payments that are subject to repossession. This role involves fieldwork including driving to various locations, to track down and retrieve these assets in accordance with legal and company guidelines.

• Locate and recover vehicles or equipment that need to be repossessed.
• Conduct field visits to identify and secure assets.
• Communicate with customers to arrange for the return of the asset.
• Handle repossession tasks with professionalism and respect.
• Follow all legal procedures and company policies during repossession.
• Keep accurate records of repossession activities and outcomes.
• Report any issues or complications encountered during the process.

We are looking for a result-driven insurance advisor to be responsible for providing financial advice to clients on retirement planning, investing in the future, saving for education, and life insurance protection.

The insurance advisor will generate leads, meet with clients, complete a financial needs analysis, and present them with customized financial proposals.

BRANCH COLLECTOR

• Monitors and collect customer's accounts.
• Maintains collection efficiency passing rate performance in the assigned area of responsibility
• Markets the company's loan facilities in accordance with prescribed polices and guidelines
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Responsible for marketing the company’s services, managing and collecting outstanding debts from borrowers, maintaining positive customer relationships while effectively negotiating repayment, and loan disbursement arrangements. Collector’s main objective is to reduce the amount of delinquency and minimize financial losses.

Specific Duties:

1.      Reviews loan document and organize list according to severity of delinquency.

2.      Locates account holders using background checks, social media and other paperwork or databases.

3.      Ensures all customer information is correct, including phone numbers and addresses.

4.      Collects payment on past due bills, based on the list assigned by immediate superior. In collecting, the employee adheres to guidelines and regulations set by BSP, company and/or assigned bank.

5.      Listens to customer’s story and set up repayment plans and new terms of collection.

6.      Records new commitment to repay debt.

7.      Coordinates with Team Leader all concerns regarding his account.

8.      Submits report required by Team Leader.

9.      Performs other tasks that superior may require.

10.  Conforms to all company rules and regulations.

• Remind customers of overdue loans by telephone, urge and guide them to repay in time;

He/she maintains general business loans and on-top loan accounts. He or she contributes to branch sustainability and competitiveness by directly assisting the Branch Manager , Branch Supervisor, and other Program Assistants. He or she is also expected to perform audit functions on center management.

• Ensures 100% repayment and 0 portfolio at risk.
• Ensures at least 95% attendance of members in center meetings and in all activities
• Mobilizes members to increase their saving ang individual fund
• Mobilizes members to practice group responsibilities
• Conduct Loan Screening and Endorses Loans for approval based on business capacity.

• Processes HMO plan endorsements for new employees, including verifying eligibility and enrollment details.
• Manages the deletion of members from HMO plans and update relevant records accordingly.
• Facilitates the replacement of HMO cards for members, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Updates member data in the Client Portal system, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• Coordinates with HMO service providers to obtain status updates on HMO cards and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Releases HMO cards to clients, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to established procedures.
• Updates and maintains HMO plan master lists, including regularly updating plan details, coverage, and provider information.
• Assists in reconciling and monitoring billing statements coming from the service providers to ensure it matches the final master list that will be used in preparation of statement of accounts per client.
• Processes statement of accounts covering all non-life insurance products for individual and corporate accounts.
• Performs functions such as data entry, filing, and generating reports from the Client Portal system.
• Co-administrator of the Client Portal system for the member endorsements module.
• Backup resource in collecting and delivery support as needed to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Performs related functions as deemed necessary by Management.

• Assess client credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
• Analyze client records and use the data to recommend payment plans.
• Confer with clients to verify their financial/credit transactions and to resolve their complaints.
• Prepare detailed credit reports and present findings to management with risk assessment recommendations.
• Maintain an understanding of credit regulatory requirements and comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the role within consultancy and management services.
• Engage in continuous learning about the trends in credit risk to adopt a proactive approach to risk management.
