JOB SUMMARY

We seek a Collections Team Lead to engage in consumer collections of overdue accounts.

Primary responsibility will be monitoring, motivating, and training the Collections Team to ensure KPIs are met monthly.

Responsibilities:

• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating collections team members.
• Keep track of, RPC, Contact Rate, PTP Conversion Rate, PTP reminders and daily expected collections to ensure achievement of daily target.
• Manage incentive, rewards, and overtime tracking.
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly allocation of accounts to agents, daily collection reports and shift planning.
• Monitor collection trends/recommendations to be shared with the collections manager.
• Managing of Non-Payment Reason Reporting. Make sure these issues are understood and elevated to the collections manager.

• Identify and engage potential clients to offer tailored insurance solutions.
• Conduct needs analysis to determine the best coverage options.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
• Drive sales targets while adhering to ethical practices.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

The Financial Wealth Planner will be responsible for assisting clients in creating personalized financial plans, offering advice on investments, savings, retirement, and insurance options. This role involves building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, and helping them achieve those goals through tailored financial strategies. The Financial Wealth Planner will also educate clients on financial planning and offer continuous support to help them stay on track.

 Collaborate with Finance Account Officers to identify and explore insurance needs for existing clients.

 Ensure the achievement of the team’s targets, including insurance premiums, commissions, profitability, and client penetration.

 Implement business development initiatives and marketing programs to drive insurance sales and client engagement.

 Oversee the entire insurance process, from quotation/proposal generation, placements, and bookings to client servicing and administration of insurance accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct credit investigations focusing on the viability of micro-businesses.
• Verify information submitted by applicants, including business viability, micro-business income, and other relevant operational details.
• Conduct field site visits and interviews as needed to validate information.
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate data to prepare detailed credit investigation reports.

Area of Responsibility:

• Cover Taytay, Cainta, and Angono areas for investigation and evaluation.
